“Are the Lady Pirates going to find the Pot-of-Gold at the end of the Rainbow?” They don’t know yet, but they just got one step closer this past Saturday afternoon by squeaking by Cor Jesu in their quarter-final game 3-2. Talk about tension – in the last 20 minutes of the game or so coach Iffrig had the girls go into a defensive mode to hold off the Cor Jesu serge and to protect their lead. The Pirates believe they are headed for Paradise Island and they just might be. They won their sectional game on Tuesday evening against Francis Howell Central 4-1. And…it was an impressive win. They will be playing Cor Jesu in the quarter finals on Saturday, May 30th at 5:00pm at the Anheuser Busch Soccer Complex (Field #1) in Fenton, MO.
There was a Pirate Nation of at least 500-600 people watching and cheering on the team. Don’t miss out on this next leg of the march to the Championship Game.

The Lady Pirates of Pattonville took their first step in districts and towards the finals by winning their first district game against Parkway Central 4-1. Their next step is the District Championship Game vs Francis Howell North this Friday, May 22nd at 6:00pm at Fort Zumwalt East. There were nearly 100 people there to cheer on their pirates today. The question is: “Will you be there on Friday evening to watch them bring home the District Championship?” You wouldn’t wanna miss it!

“Congratulations to the Pattonville Girls Varsity Soccer Team and to their coaches for such a successful season!” They have taken their final conference game with a victory over Ritenour 6-0 this past Thursday. The Lady Pirates bring in three more wins including a conference game against Hazelwood East. The Pirates took on Timberland this past Monday and came out victorious in a 5-1 match. They played their second-to-last conference game against Hazelwood East today winning 10-0. Continue Reading…

The Lady Pirates lost their final game of the season to Hazelwood West by a score of 4-1. The lone Pirate goal was scored by Alexis Farrar as time ran out in the game.

Sometimes someone just really stands out in a game and they deserve a bit of special recognition. In yesterday’s game, that person was Kailey Utley. This was one of those cases where you had to be there to see it – so you could believe it. Her agility, foot skills, and speed were at an all time high. I can’t tell you how many countless times she got around the defense. She scored two goals practically all by her self. One of those goals was scored with a girl holding on to her jersey for 5 or 6 feet. I can only say one thing – she’s amazing! Continue Reading…

The Freshman Lady Pirates shut out Francis Howell Central today in the final home game of the season. Goals were scored by Kimmy Taylor, Alexis Farrar, Mariah Null, and Taylor Caufield.
The final two games for the Freshmen will be Friday, May 8th at Ft. Zumwalt West and Tuesday, May 12th at Hazelwood West. Both games are scheduled to begin at 4:00 pm.
