Re Dedication of Chuck McKinley Tennis Courts

Arguably, Pattonville’s greatest athlete, is again remembered with an outstanding memorial of his triumph’s.  His win at Wimbledon in 1961 still ranks as one of the great come from nowhere stories.  I was very moved by the comments of his peers and admirers.  I saw him play and his smash return of lobs is still described in tennis journals and teaching publications.  Watch for a full story and pictures of the event within the next week.
